Exciting News

Well Drake and I have wonderful news we are officially done with school (for the semester but saying it like that keeps me going!!) We are so looking forward to a nice vacation and some much needed time off!! Drake has one more semester and then he will have his BSN I have one more semester and then I will officially be a RN!! (That is so weird to even think about) You know when you work so hard for something and sometimes you wonder if you will ever get there!! Its crazy all the hard work you do for something sometimes it doesn't seem like it will every end. Then when you are almost to that finish line you can look back and see where you have come from and say yeah I deserve this I sacrificed a lot to be here!! I am just so gratiful for the opportunity I have had to work and go to school it has taught me a lot about life and it almost makes it that much sweeter when you make those sacrifices for it!! Well this semester I learned a lot I found the field I want to work in and I also learned a lot about myself and how I probably won't be finished with school for a while!! I have decided to continue to go on with my education but I have not made any final decision yet!! Drake of course is still planning on going NP school so we both will stay busy for a long time to come!!

Drake's New Job

Sorry I realized I never really updated much last time I posted so here we go! Drake ended up getting a job at the hospital and currently is loving it and come to find out the ADHD kid loves the adrenalin WHO knew that Drake loved running around!! Ha ha he makes me laugh!! He is currently working on his bachelors and will continue till he has his NP! I am so proud of him and love him so much! As for me I am almost done with third semester YEAH! I am loving this semester and I found the field of nursing I want to go into so that was really exciting!! I am only have 5 weeks left of school and I can hardly wait fourth semester here I come and then RN I will be!! YEAH!!!

Update

So Drake and I have had the most amazing summer so many wonderful things are happening in our family. First Drake graduated from nursing school, he also passed his test and now is an official RN, and he also is currently in the PCA program at the hospital (keeping my fingers crossed to see where he ends up). Craziest thing for me to get used to was his first day on the floor when he left with a stethoscope around his neck and a badge with his picture and RN underneath. Sorry to get all emotional but I can't tell you how proud I am of him and all he has accomplished. He is one of the hardest working people I know he works ten fold for everything he has in life.I am so lucky to have him in my life and be married to him. Secondly I officially passed second semester and third semester is just around the corner. Can't wait till I am finished I am looking forward to being done and finishing my degree. Drake and I can't wait to really get our life going it sounds silly but its been a long time coming. I love you Drake and I am so proud of you for being the person you set out to be and for accomplishing all that you have I can't wait to see what the future holds!!!Love you

Drake's Graduation

So finally getting around to posting pics of Drake's Graduation. He graduated nursing school in May and other than it being a really hot day it was wonderful to see Drake graduate. He looked so slick in his white scrubs (GOTTA LOVE THE OLD SCHOOL NURSING UNIFORMS) and it still hasn't hit me that he won't be going back to nursing school in the fall.

FINISHED AT LAST

It is offical Drake and I have completed are our first and third semester of School hurray!! Drake and I both official passed our classes and we could not be happier! So Drake will move on to his fourth and final semester of nursing school! And I am moving on up to my second semester! Now both Drake and I can breathe for a few weeks until it starts again!! Sorry for not keeping everyone up to date but honestly Drake and I love everyone but life is so crazy right now. So I apologize right now if you have called or texted me and I have not responded life is NUTS!! but good!! To also give everyone a heads up Drake will be applying for nursing jobs in May can you believe it I hope we can find him a job wish us luck cause I am afraid we might need all the PRAYERS AND HELL MARY'S we can get!! Merry Christmas to everyone hope you enjoy the holidays!!

Park City

So after the family reunion we headed to Park City we had a great time! We Ate a lot of good food, got fat, and went sliding and ziplining down a mountain!! Not only did we have fun in Park City we also got to spend some quality time with my family and not only was it a blast! We got upgraded to the presidental suite! It was amazing they even had a shower with a fountain in it! Crazy!!





Drake and my dad stretched out on the lift to take them down the slide it was pretty funny watching these two crazy men kids at heart stretched out just lounging!
